Welcome to Connie's  Corn website!

Connie has been doing business at the Dixie Classic for 15 years! People search the Fair grounds looking for the best roasted corn and they get just that when they eat Connie's Silver Queen ears. Connie roast each corn for 21 minutes to bring out the best flavor their is to offer! Come join Connie at the Dixie Classic this year and kick off the fun with an ear of Roasted Corn.

 

About Connie

Customers like to know about the corn they are eating, and who they are buying it from. Connie is the most trusted Corn Roaster at the Dixie Classic. You may have ate yellow corn at the fair and got it in your teeth. This is a cheaper corn. Some refer to it as cow corn. Only  Connie uses grade A Silver Queen Corn. Silver Queen corn is called a variety of things such as White corn, or Sweet corn. Be rest assured you will know the difference when you eat Connie's Silver Queen Corn. Connie offers a variety of topping to go on your ear of corn. They include Parmesian cheese, Red pepper, Salt, Pepper,  Garlic salt an last BUTTER! . These really bring out the flavor of an ear of corn!

Operating a roasted corn stand is not easy, but cooking the right corn the right way over years of experience can make a huge difference in taste and customer satisfaction.

Connie hopes you'll come see him on September 30th thru October 9th at the Dixie Classic. Connie looks forward to seeing all of his returning customers eating his delicious corn and talking to them each year.
